1. About CaafiHub

CaafiHub is a business-to-business healthcare commerce platform that helps verified pharmacies and healthcare retailers discover products from verified wholesalers, manage orders, and maintain clear transaction records. CaafiHub provides marketplace technology; it is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, medical adviser, manufacturer, or replacement for professional regulatory judgment.

2. Who can use CaafiHub

CaafiHub is designed for legitimate healthcare businesses and their authorised owners, managers, and staff. Applicants must be legally able to operate their business, be at least 18 years old, provide accurate contact and registration information, and hold every licence or approval required for their activities.

Access may be limited, suspended, or refused where identity, authority, licensing, safety, fraud, sanctions, or regulatory concerns cannot be resolved.

3. Business verification

Retailers and wholesalers submit business details and protected verification documents. Depending on the account type, these may include pharmacy or wholesale licences, registration certificates, tax details, government-issued identity documents, and an optional verification selfie.

  • Documents are stored privately and are not placed in public web folders.
  • Authorised CaafiHub reviewers may approve, reject, or request updated information.
  • Approval is not permanent certification and may be reviewed when documents expire or circumstances change.
  • Users must promptly update inaccurate, expired, or incomplete information.

4. How the marketplace works

Products and inventory

Approved wholesalers may submit products and inventory information for review. Wholesalers remain responsible for lawful sourcing, authenticity, storage, labelling, batch information, expiry information, availability, and regulatory compliance.

Orders and payments

Retailers can create orders from available listings. Order, payment, escrow, refund, and fulfilment statuses help the parties track progress. A displayed status is a platform record and does not remove either party’s contractual, legal, quality, or delivery responsibilities.

Communications

CaafiHub may send essential account, verification, security, order, payment, refund, and service communications by email or in-app notification.

5. Safety and user responsibilities

Healthcare notice: CaafiHub does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, or guarantee that a product is suitable for a patient. Licensed professionals and businesses must independently comply with applicable healthcare, medicine, storage, dispensing, import, tax, and consumer-protection rules.

Never use CaafiHub for counterfeit, stolen, recalled, expired, improperly stored, unlawfully imported, restricted, or misrepresented products. Report suspected safety, fraud, privacy, or security issues immediately.

6. Account and data choices

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing support@caafihub.com from the registered email address. Include the account phone number and business name so the request can be verified.

Deletion may not be immediate or complete where information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal claims, tax, healthcare regulation, or other lawful obligations. CaafiHub will explain any applicable limitation.

Mobile account-deletion controls will be provided as part of release readiness. Until then, the support channel is the published web request path.
