1. Acceptance and scope
By registering, accessing, or using CaafiHub, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.
CaafiHub is intended for business use by authorised healthcare retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, and their personnel. Additional written commercial terms may apply to particular services; where they conflict, the more specific written terms control.
2. Accounts, eligibility, and verification
- You must provide complete, current, and truthful information.
- You must protect passwords, devices, and access tokens and promptly report suspected compromise.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account by authorised personnel.
- You must maintain all business, pharmacy, wholesale, tax, import, storage, and professional licences required by applicable law.
- CaafiHub may verify information, request updated documents, and re-review an account at any time.
Approval means only that CaafiHub completed its then-current platform review. It is not a government licence, quality guarantee, endorsement, or substitute for independent due diligence.
3. CaafiHub’s marketplace role
CaafiHub supplies technology that helps independent businesses find listings, communicate, place orders, and track transaction status. Unless expressly stated in writing, CaafiHub is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, carrier, pharmacy, medical provider, or agent of either trading party.
Retailers and wholesalers remain responsible for their contracts, products, records, taxes, permits, regulatory reporting, professional decisions, and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Listings, inventory, and orders
Wholesaler obligations
Wholesalers must ensure listings and supplied goods are lawful, genuine, accurately described, properly sourced, labelled, stored, transported, and within safe expiry periods. Inventory, batch, price, image, and availability information must be accurate and promptly updated.
Retailer obligations
Retailers must order only products they are authorised to acquire and must independently verify suitability, quantity, condition, batch, expiry, storage, and regulatory requirements before supply or dispensing.
Order formation
An order submission is a request to purchase. Acceptance, rejection, fulfilment, cancellation, delivery, and any resulting contract are subject to platform status, availability, the parties’ agreement, and applicable law. CaafiHub may preserve order snapshots for audit and dispute purposes.
5. Payments, escrow, commissions, and refunds
All prices, order values, commissions, payouts, and refund values displayed by CaafiHub are denominated in United States dollars (USD), unless the platform expressly states otherwise. Available payment or escrow functions may initially include manual status recording. A platform status does not itself prove bank settlement. Users must verify instructions and never send funds to an account communicated outside trusted channels without confirmation.
Fees or commissions will be disclosed through the platform or separate commercial terms. Refund requests are reviewed using available evidence, order history, the parties’ responses, and applicable law. CaafiHub may correct status errors, hold activity for review, or require additional evidence.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not use CaafiHub to:
- trade counterfeit, stolen, recalled, expired, unsafe, restricted, or unlawfully sourced products;
- misrepresent identity, licences, authority, products, inventory, delivery, payment, or transaction evidence;
- evade fees, manipulate reviews or statuses, create duplicate deceptive accounts, or interfere with another user;
- upload malware, probe security, scrape restricted data, reverse engineer protected services, or overload the platform;
- violate healthcare, medicine, sanctions, anti-bribery, privacy, intellectual-property, tax, trade, or consumer-protection laws.
7. Content and intellectual property
CaafiHub and its software, design, trademarks, documentation, and platform content are protected by intellectual-property laws. CaafiHub grants users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for authorised business purposes.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CaafiHub a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform. You confirm that you have the rights required to submit it.
8. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
CaafiHub is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain reliable and secure services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous inventory, successful transactions, or the conduct of independent users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaafiHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or harm caused by a user’s product, storage, dispensing, delivery, payment, or regulatory conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to defend and indemnify CaafiHub against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, breach of these terms, products, listings, professional decisions, or infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Suspension and termination
CaafiHub may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, expired or invalid documents, legal compliance, platform integrity, non-payment, safety, investigation, or breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
Users may stop using the service and request account closure. Terms concerning records, payments, disputes, intellectual property, liability, and lawful retention survive closure where necessary.
10. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect new services, risks, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels, and the effective date will be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CaafiHub’s operating entity and the relevant transaction, without limiting mandatory rights or regulatory authority that applies in a user’s location. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through support before using available courts or formal procedures.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these terms without consent; CaafiHub may transfer them as part of a lawful restructuring or business transfer.
